The Story

Samsung 5G Office, who manages the construction and infrastructure for the 5G system in Ohio, hired Tenby Construction to build out their new office space at 8800 Lyra Drive in Columbus. 

The team had to work with tenant-supplied material and vendors in order to get work scheduled and completed to obtain a certificate of occupancy per the scheduled timeline.

The Tenby Way

The Tenby Construction team suggested a trusted subcontractor to handle the telecom wiring, security and audio visual installation to  ensure the schedule would be met. The team ultimately completed this modern space, which included a high-end lobby area and multiple conference rooms, on schedule to meet the needs of Samsung.
