The Story

The 4,719 SF project for Roxy Plastic Surgery consisted of a total renovation of the existing building. This renovation included a building addition for electrical equipment and a generator, as well as a surgical suite with medical gases. 

In order to install high-end medical equipment and finishes for Roxy Plastic Surgery, the team worked in a completely gutted building, and ultimately had to replace most of the mechanical and electrical services.

The Tenby Way

The Tenby Construction team was able to move material off-site for storage, and deliver it as required. All storage on-site was done with storage containers. Roxy Plastic Surgery obtained a modern, high-end and functional medical space, which suited their needs.
