Midwest Breast & Aesthetic Surgery
The 4,884 SF project for Midwest Breast & Aesthetic Surgery consisted of a remodel of the existing medical suite to a new, upgraded suite to suit their clients. After demo, the team found different elevations in the ceilings. They were able to find a ceiling system that kept the project within budget to give it a nice finish, as opposed to leaving unsightly soffits on the ceiling. They also had to determine the most cost-effective way to achieve a fire rating, while not impacting the project schedule.
The Tenby Way
The Tenby Construction team met with the client and architect to determine ways to achieve high-end finishes that would allow them to also stay within budget. They ultimately eliminated upgraded counter tops and wall covering in the staff areas in order to deliver a modern medical space that suited the needs of Midwest Breast & Aesthetic Surgery.
