Tenby’s strong relationships in the industry, estimating experience and ability to assemble a conceptual estimate efficiently, landed the company a consultant position for Isaac Wiles, a merging law firm. The firm needed a complete outfitting of their first generation, two floor office space. The nearly 42,606 SF downtown project in Two Miranova, required the project to obtain a high level of finish and quality within the negotiated tenant allowance that was equal to their existing facility.
Budgets were done on preliminary and final drawings in conjunction with the developer; and construction progress was reviewed at weekly job meetings. As a result of walk-throughs with the tenant at varying stages of construction, changes were made early enough in the construction process that additional costs were minimized.
